Narrative Coherence Strategy Call
You have one specific messaging question and need an experienced outside perspective.
This is a focused 90-minute working session for a decision your team is facing now. You might be trying to explain a new program, update how you describe your mission, or decide whether your current messaging needs a larger overhaul.
I’ll review up to two relevant documents before we meet. During the session, we’ll work through the challenge and identify what your team needs to decide. You’ll receive a brief written summary with recommended next steps.
When it’s a good fit: You can name the question you need help answering and are ready to take the next steps yourself.
Narrative Coherence Audit & Assessment
You can see that your organization’s messages are inconsistent, but you need to understand where the gaps are.
I’ll review selected communications and fundraising materials, speak with key stakeholders, and compare what your organization intends to communicate with what people are currently saying and hearing.
You’ll receive a written assessment that shows where your messages are working, where they conflict or feel outdated, and which changes to prioritize. We’ll review the findings together so your team can make informed decisions about what comes next.
When it’s a good fit: Several teams or audiences are involved, and you want a clear diagnosis before rewriting your materials.
Narrative Foundations Partnership
You need a shared message and support putting it into practice.
Over six months, I’ll work with your team to clarify how you describe your organization and carry that language into the places it matters most. We’ll start by reviewing your current materials and speaking with the people who need to use the new messaging. Then we’ll develop a messaging framework, update agreed-upon priority materials, and support leaders and staff as they begin using it.
Before we begin, we’ll agree on the materials, meetings, and coaching included in your partnership.
When it’s a good fit: Your organization is navigating change and needs someone to help build and roll out the new messaging, not simply recommend changes.
Leadership Coaching
You’re navigating change and need space to think, build clarity, and move forward with intention.
Through one-on-one coaching, I’ll work with you to navigate leadership challenges, clarify your priorities, and strengthen your ability to lead through complexity and change. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening, identify the patterns and assumptions shaping your decisions, and develop practical ways to move forward in alignment with your values and goals.
Before we begin, we’ll agree on your coaching goals, the cadence of our sessions, and what meaningful progress looks like for you.
